Cookies and Tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the site function.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to request access to the personal information I have collected about you, to request its deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of your information. I do not sell your personal information. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact me using the details below.

Your EU and UK Privacy Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR give you the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where I rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. My legal bases for processing are your consent (for marketing email and non-essential cookies), the performance of a contract (to provide tutoring you have booked), and my legitimate interests (to operate and improve the site). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact me below.

Data Retention

I keep your information only as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, I delete it or anonymize it.

Children's Privacy

My services support high school students preparing for the ACT® and SAT®. This website is directed to parents and adult students, and I do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without the involvement of a parent or guardian. Where a student is a minor, I expect a parent or guardian to make inquiries and bookings on the student's behalf. If you believe a minor has provided information without appropriate consent, contact me and I will delete it.

Data Security

I take reasonable measures to protect your information, and I rely on established service providers with their own security safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When I do, I will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
