Online ACTยฎ Tutor
One-on-One, Start to Finish
Most online ACT tutoring is a marketplace that assigns you whoever is free: a different person each week, a shared script, and no one who actually owns your score. This is the opposite. I have taught the ACT for over a decade, and I teach every session myself. It starts with a free Precision Point Map built from your child's actual score report.
What Makes This Different
Not a Marketplace. One Specialist.
The difference between working with a dedicated specialist and being routed through a tutoring platform shows up in your score. Here is what you actually get.
01 โ One Tutor
The Same Person, Start to Finish
The person who diagnoses your score is the person who teaches every session and tracks every point. No handoffs, no re-explaining your goals to someone new each week.
02 โ Real Diagnosis First
I Read Your Actual Score Report
Before we talk plans, I analyze your official score report and tell you exactly where the points are, and whether your target is realistic in the time you have. You get judgment, not a generic curriculum.
03 โ Every Section, Real Depth
English, Math, Reading, Science
I teach all four sections at the level a subject specialist would, because I have taught each of them for years. You are not handed off to a different tutor for math.
04 โ Fully Online
Anywhere in the US, and Beyond
Every session is remote and scheduled around your life. I work with families across the United States and in more than 40 countries.
The Process
How Tutoring Works
One-on-one, online, and built around your child's actual score report, not a one-size-fits-all curriculum.
Book a Consultation
A short call, no cost and no pressure. We talk about where your child is, where they want to be, and whether that gap is realistic in the time available.
Get Your Precision Point Map
A free custom plan built from your child's specific score report. Every topic listed maps to something that appears on real ACT tests. No filler, no wasted hours.
Start Tutoring
Focused 1-on-1 online sessions, taught personally, scheduled to fit your week. Every session targets the specific gaps the score report identified.
Reach
Students From Across the Country
Online tutoring means you are not limited to whoever happens to be nearby. Families from across the US and around the world work with me on the same schedule and the same standard of preparation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who actually teaches the sessions?
I do, every one. This is not a marketplace that assigns you a different tutor each week. The person who reads your score report is the person who teaches every session and tracks your progress to test day.
How does online tutoring work?
Sessions are one-on-one over video, scheduled around your week. Everything is remote, so it works the same whether you are across town or across the world. All you need is a reliable connection.
What happens on the free consultation?
We talk about where your child is now and where they want to be. If you send the official score report, I will read it and tell you honestly where the points are and whether the target is realistic in your timeline. There is no cost and no pressure.
How much can my child improve, and how fast?
It depends on the gap between the current score and the target. Most students working consistently see measurable progress within four to six weeks. Larger gains, four or more composite points, typically take two to four months of sustained preparation.
What if tutoring isn't the right fit?
I will tell you. If your child's gap is small enough that a good book and a schedule would close it, I will say so rather than sell you hours you don't need. You are hiring judgment, not just time.
Do you tutor the SAT as well?
Yes, though this page is about the ACT. If you are deciding between the two tests, that is exactly the kind of question the consultation is for.
