Step 2: Take it timed, in one sitting
The score only means something if the conditions match the real test. That means timed sections, one break, and no phone. The enhanced ACT® runs about two hours for the core sections, or closer to two hours and forty-five minutes if your child takes the optional Science section. Record answers on the answer sheet below so it’s easy to grade afterward.
